this will be the last post for this blog. i have a personal blog myself. therefore i have the habit of blogging. however, blogging stuff with a given topic kind of turn me off. in my personal blog, i have the freedom of speech and therefore, i can write anything i want. this EIR blog arent that bad also. at least, everytime when i blog, i learn something.

in a nutshell, internet is one of best research tool ever invented. i guess life without these tools will be like doomsday.

i think it is not a matter whether is it more effective or not. it depends on what is the source you are searching for. if you dont really know exact what you are searching for, search engine is a better choice. however, if im precise on specific part of the information i need, database is the choice.

however, through my experience, database sometimes is not very up-to-date. therefore, i'll still stick to search engine even though i know what im looking for.

in my diploma research, i think database is a better resource. certain research do not require frequent updates and very rich source is congregated in the database.

this website was chosen because this online shop specialised only on watches. watches sales are always updated and shoppers will be able to track which watch is the latest design. ebay is a good source for online shopping, however, due to the fact that you can sell almost anything on ebay and therefore when searching for a product, other unrelated items will pop out.

had a Elvis video streamed. through youtube, positively, i can seriously gain quite a lot of knowledge through it. e.g. when i want to review a phone specs, i'll do streaming review through youtube, and get a hang of the function and stuff. hands on demo is actually more efficient than words to me.

the world will have 2 sides. when people will never be satisfy with what they are granted, thats why they will want to find a place like takingcock.com to voice. even though if i am some politician who get personal attack from the website, i'll choose to close an eye for websites. it will be pointless to get angry and fed up over such matters. if those attacks are meant for a better, i'll listen and take it as an advice.

i have been participating in forum very actively in the past. i serve mainly on forum which gather people of the same interest. however, serving politic forums or forum which people discuss serious matter is my first time.

some people sounded pretty agressive towards certain point of view, creating very heavy atmosphere. some forumer who do not agree with any opinion, they will retaliate. i realised that there are many different nature for forum.

i love place filled with water and life. both places fits the criteria. however, they are completely of a different nature. Venice Vatican City is one of the countries/cities i very much wanted to visit since young. they are filled with very rich historical elements interest me alot. i would want to study history if im not in design school.

Bahamas, in another view is just a perfect place for sea enthusiasts. the sea in literally BLUE in colour. it is one of the world's best beach and you can do all sorts of sea activities without contaminating the sea.

when visiting the sites, i chose to look into criteria like coverage and presentation. visiting some tourist websites, presentation is one of most important element. pictures are just the best medium for presentation. i was very much capture by photos alone when visiting the website.

next, coverage. visitors need to know all sorts of information before making decision. therefore, without a good coverage of information, visitors will subconsciously visit our sites for more information.

did first test today. i actually PASSED! im seriously surprised about that. no before hand study, and frankly speaking, im not really focus during lecture. therefore, preparation i a utter ZERO. but im glad that i passed.

after the first submission of the portfolio, finally, i will be able to research in depth in my research topic. im holding quite a lot interest in that topic and hope that i can gain more knowledge in it.

there is no lesson today. was doing the first part of the portfolio. through the assignment, i actually gain a better understanding of the search engine available around the net.

unintentionally, i have been trying different search engine in the past, whether is the most popular Google search engine or other form of search facilities. if im unable to find any information from the common search engine, i'll just go for the alternatives.

using different search engines, of course, will broaden our choice of information. one of obvious benefit is, you will be able to do comparation from different search engines. ultimately, you will be able to achieve the result you think suit you best.

i prefer using linking more than site feed. i dont really see the difference in it but i think just linking is a more straightforward to to connect you and your friend's site. i might want to try using site feed more in future so that i might be able to realise the benefit side of sitr feed.

still researching on the portfolio part. it looks really cool to find out more in depth facts about search engines. especially large and renown sites like Google. i actually found out how actually makes their site so fast and easily to access.

still doing research on Driving at young age. was more well resourced when more search engines were introduced to us.
